Dear pool operators and Food Service personnel,
The following is our permitting schedule:
Indoor Pools/Spas: Renewal Campaigns open May 1 and close June 30. The permitting year is June 1 – May 31 each year.
Outdoor Pools/Spas: Renewal Campaigns open May 9 and close June 30. The permitting year is generally from Memorial Day to Labor Day with a few exceptions.
Food Service: Renewal Campaigns open May 13 and close July 30. The permitting year is July 1 – June 30.
Please visit our OpenGov website to renew. If you already filled out an application, you will get an email to renew and pay for your new permit. You do not need to fill out new applications. Permits will be printed directly from OpenGov in landscape orientation. Our permits have been upgraded in the software so you do not need to worry about the gold seal!
